To access these games go on any story level ang change the item / gun in your hand to the TEMPORARY UPLINK. Push TRIANGLE to activate it and select a game to play.

ANACONDA:
In Siberia 1990 on easy, medium or hard mode just after you have crossed over the dam you will enter a building. The first room you enter is a store room. The ANACONDA CART is on the lower shelf of the cabinet on the left as you turn into the room.

ASTRO LANDER:
In Neo Tokyo 2019 on medium or hard is the ASTRO LANDER game. After getting the hackers password and getting through the door you shound find a locker room down the corridoor. The ASTRO LANDER CART is in one of the lockers.
