How to Find Latias

1. Beat the pokemon league.
2. Look everywhere in water and in grass but just not in caves.
3. Once you find it to find it again check your Pokedex under Latias go to area it will tell you where it is and if you come too close it will go somewhere else.

NOTE: it is a pyicic/dragon type.
