How to get Umbreon and Espeon

This is what you have to trade an Evee from pokemon fire red or pokemon leaf green. Don't use any stones on it. Train it to 33 and it will other evolve into Umbreon or Espeon. Then get one more Evee, train it to 33 and get the other one.
