Get number 000 (in pokedex) on fire red

First you need to have an action replay then once you have all 8 gym badges you use as many cheat codes as you can and then go to Victory Road. On the 2nd floor you should see a ? in a circle at level 0. This glitch pokemon does not mess up your game but it does grow up to level 155.
