How to get Latias and Latios

To get Latias and Latios:

1. Catch a pokemon with the attack Mean Look - I caught a Golbat at sky pillar.

2. Put the pokemon you just caught in your team at first place.

3. Search for Latias or Latios. I found Latias on routes 121, 122, 118, 110 and on route 111 (Desert).

4. When you find Latias or Latios, use Mean Look so that they can't escape, then weaken them. Throw an ultra ball and repeat this combination: A + A + B + B + SELECT + SELECT + L + R. Good luck!
