how to get to sky piller

Go to pacifidlog town and surf east (stay north and don't leave route 131) stay near the rocks until you see 2 girls and 1 boy swimmer in the same area. Then go north and turn west. Then at the end of the path you see surf up. The cave you see is the entrance to the sky piller.
