How to beat 17 easily!

When 17 comes to Master Roshi's island, you have to go into super namek before you get on the flight circle. Then use special beam cannon until you run out of energy, then keep on punching him. You'll go to round 2 - keep breaking those rocks and then use special beam cannon some more, and on round 3 just keep on punching him and you beat him.
